We will
personally
meet
with
you
one-on-one
at a
time
that
is convenient
for

We do
recommend
meeting
at the
location
of the
reception,
if possible,
in order
to discuss
the
layout
of the
upcoming
celebration.
If that
is not
possible,
then
we typically
like
to meet
at Starbuck’s
in Armory
Square
or somewhere
similar.

Elegance & Company is

in planning your special day
so everything will run as smoothly
as possible. We will provide
you with a Wedding
Reception Planner to
help organize the formalities
of your reception. Upon completion
of the planner, we will then
meticulously go over every detail
of your reception with you so
we are all on the same page.
Around
a week or two before the wedding,
we will send you an event planner
via email that outlines your
entire reception. You'll have
an opportunity to review the
layout and get back to us with
any changes you may have.
We do work closely with the
reception hall, photographers,
and caterers to ensure that
the format chosen for your
reception is followed to your
specifications.
Pleasing
your guests musically is always
important. However, the bride
and groom will always have
the final say in what type of
music they want played and whether
or not they want us to accept
requests. We try to base what
direction to go in musically
by how your guests are responding.
