Entertainment is one of the most important elements for a successful and fun reception. This is your special day and you deserve the finest entertainment available. A magical and memorable reception is what we will provide for you.  Just take a look at our Wedding Packages, for help in deciding which option you prefer.

We will personally meet with you one-on-one at a time that is convenient for you. We do recommend meeting at the location of the reception, if possible, in order to discuss the layout of the upcoming celebration. If that is not possible, then we typically like to meet at Star buck's in Armory Square or somewhere similar.

 An Elegant 4hr Wedding Package: $775.00 

This package includes a DJ/MC and a very nice light show.  Nothing over the top with this package. One of Our three Dj's and or Vj's come fresh and can stay as long as you like,

($100.00 per extra hour )

We reserve the right to add to, delete from, change and/or modify these packages and/or pricing as necessary and at our discretion.
 

                Visual Love Story Package - $1250.00

 

Elegance & Company is always looking ahead and searching for new and innovative ways to enhance your reception. So, we came up with a new and EXCITING way to liven up a somewhat rather uneventful dinner.

 

All you have to do is collect all of your favorite romantic, loving, funny, tongue in cheek couple pictures, and/or video clips; along with any childhood photos, and family, friend, & Bridal Party photos that you would want to share with all your guests. Then just put them on a couple computer compatible discs and give them to us at least 4 - 6 weeks before your reception.

 

Once we receive your discs, we will:
    1. Create a smooth, elegant picture/video slide show, which has verbiage woven throughout your pictures in the show. This will welcome your guests as they arrive. This will be playing on a flat screen TV situated next to your sign-in book. This slide show DVD also includes music playing in the background.

     

    2. Then our Visual Engineer will spend days creating a one of a kind, Visual Love Story for you and your guests, that will include animated wedding backgrounds, music, and media driven verbiage that can say or announce anything you wish. Your Love Story will be shown during the mealtime portion of your reception. It will be displayed on beautiful flat screen TV's, positioned for your guests to see; and/or, venue & light permitting, we will also use our large, rear-projecting screen if necessary (for an additional fee).
Collecting pictures and video clips is a perfect job for your mothers, fathers, maids/matrons of honors, best men, family, and friends. Have them collect your photos/videos and put them onto computer discs in .jpg format and movie formats, by bringing them into an Eckerd, Kinney's, or any photo shop that has this service. We will accept up to 150 photos and up to 15 video clips. We do ask for at least 75 photos, with a minimum of 15-20 couple photos, in order to create and tell your Love Story.

 

Please do not try to scan your photos yourself. This does not work and the pictures come out horrible.

 

Please by all means have fun with this! Don't let it stress you out in any way. This should be a fun project that will bring lots of fun memories out from the past and I'm sure a few tears.

 

This package also includes:

5 HOURS
of continuous music playing your favorite songs and requests from your guests. (Requests from your guests are always filtered through your likes and dislikes, which is all discussed during the one on one consultations and throughout conversations leading up to your reception).

 

1 VJ & 1 DJ / COORDINATOR
in Elegant attire to arrive 1 hour before your scheduled event time, in order to set up and test equipment. Your DJ will have your requested genre of music playing for your guests' as they arrive. Your DJ will also put together a planner for your reception, which will be emailed to you for final inspection a week before your reception, for any last minute changes.

 

A DVD SLIDE SHOW
that welcomes your guests as they arrive. This is positioned by your sign in book and is displayed on a flat screen TV.

 

THE VISUAL LOVE STORY:
This is typically shown during the dinner portion of your reception. This show will include your pictures and/or video clips, our animated wedding backgrounds, music, and random verbiage that will go along with your pictures. Your Love Story can be simple and classic, or more elaborate with the animation added. This show will be displayed on flat screen TV's. If needed, it can also be displayed on a large rear-projecting screen (venue & light permitting for an additional fee).

 

MASTER OF CEREMONIES
to handle introductions and any other announcements (Anniversaries, Birthdays, etc.)

 

PERSONAL CONSULTATION(S)
will be held before the event at the location of your reception or at Starbuck's in Armory Square or some place similar.

 

AN UNLIMITED REQUEST LIST
- We don't limit you to a catalog of songs. If by chance we don't know a song that you're looking for, we'll hunt it down and get it. Whatever the song and genre type you are looking for, we will go out of our way to have it just for you.

 

EXTRAS (at no additional charge):
  • If we are doing your ceremony (outside location only), we can enhance your ceremony by using our all-NEW revolutionary, disappearing bubbles!
  • We also come equipped with a wireless Internet connection setup, to download any last minute requests that may come from you or your guests throughout your reception. We really are unlimited!
  • We will also set up a Light Show to enhance the mood and add ambiance to your reception, if wanted and needed.
Our gift of thanks to you for allowing us to play a part in your special day:
    • Up to 4 DVD's of your slide show and dinner show, to give to your parents and for yourselves!

Please Note:
    • Gratuity is not included in the above pricing, but is graciously accepted for a job well done.
    • An additional minimal travel charge may apply for events held outside of Onondaga County.
    • $100.00/hour charge for time in excess of 4 hours.
    • $100.00 charge for up to a 1-hour ceremony or cocktail hour that is held in the same room or area as your reception.
    • $175.00 charge for up to a 1-hour ceremony or cocktail hour, which is held within the same venue as your reception but in a different location than your reception area. The setup and use of a secondary system would be required for this option.
    • $275.00 charge applies for ceremonies that are located at a different venue altogether from your reception. This includes up to 1-hour of additional time required for your ceremony, music for your guests as they arrive, and the ceremony music.

Our one and only party package;

$650.00

You get;  An MC to host your event, a veteran DJ with brand new equipment and the ability to download any last minute requests, an unlimited  music or video request list,  also with the ability to add on a keep sake video montage of co-workers,family, or even friends, and have it displayed on beautiful flat screen tvs through out the night.

 We Offer Flat Screen Tv's Mounted on 7ft elegantly covered trusses that have their own enternal light, thus giving un unseen before, and incredible Music Video Show.

Elegance & Company is dedicated to working with you in planning your special day so everything will run as smoothly as possible. We will provide you with a Wedding Reception Planner to help organize the formalities of your reception.  Upon completion of the planner, we will then meticulously go over every detail of your reception with you so we are all on the same page.
 

 Around a week or two before the wedding, we will send you via email, an event planner that outlines your entire reception. You'All have an opportunity to review the layout and get back to us with any changes you may have.   We do work closely with the Reception Hall, photographers, and caterers to ensure that the format chosen for your reception is followed to your specifications.
 
Pleasing your guests musically is always important.  However, the Bride and Groom will always have the final say in what type of music they want played and whether or not they want us to accept requests.  We try to base what direction to go in musically by how your guests are responding.
